Level UP! Earn badges as you participate in the 20/20 Leadership Olympics program!

Over the course of this academic year, a range of experiences (XPs) can be collected and accomplished through the 20/20 Olympics program. Along the way you will achieve XPs and earn digital badges that unlock opportunities, such as 2020 Leadership scholarships.

Additionally, earning badges shows that you've completed various steps in the program as well as shown initiative to attain new skills and work with team members. Once achieved the digital credentials can be displayed on your LinkedIn profile to highlight what you've accomplished!

Here’s how you can get started:

STEP 1 – Based on your high school affiliation with 2020 Leadership, you will receive an invitation from Collective Shift regarding your LRNG user/learner account. Look for this email in your inbox (*sometimes these invites get bumped to SPAM folders, too). Register.

STEP 2 - Once you’ve registered, go to https://www.lrng.org/o/20-20-leadership.

STEP 3 - Discover various XPs to complete. These are related to the different 2020 Olympics events you attend this year.

STEP 4 - Complete each XP and unlock new opportunities. When XPs add up they form a Playlist, and once approved, you get the credential, or Badge.

Accomplish XPs, attend events, and attain badges from your mobile device or laptop. No only are you developing your skills and network, but you are also growing a portfolio of experiences. Each credential can be uploaded to your LinkedIn account to share with your professional network.
